Just a quick note to say thank you for recommending Norman – Adeptex Technology.He came to fix my network the same day I telephoned him and was a pleasure to deal with.I have had an ongoing problem for quite some time and have had various supposedly experienced people in to sort it out – but they have always left me with system problems – after taking a lot of money from me.
Norman knew exactly what to do and I felt that his fee was acceptable and for once never felt like I was being ripped off.

Norman Grace came to my home to sort out some problems with the 2 very slow computers running on my home network.
Norman was very helpful in dealing with this and the computers are now running better than when they were new. I was amazed at how many unnecessary programs my computers were running, despite the use of what I thought was state of the art anti-Virus software.
My wife and children are all delighted with the results of Norman’s work and my home is now a much happier place!

FOR SERIOUSLY GOOD COMPUTER SUPPORT IN NORTH & CENTRAL LONDON : Here’s the story.. my main computer has been playing up for a bit & of course i ignored the obvious & eventually the whole thing crashed completely & wouldn’t restart – just the ominious BLUE SCREEN. Norman Grace who runs adaptex was round the same evening, the drive had died & the computer couldn’t see it with all my data ( although mostly backedup recently ) he took the dead drive away & somehow extracted all the data.. saved the day & reinstalled all on the new machine… Norman is a computer wizz, and more important a really good guy.
